ORDER:

How do I place an order on rumifragrance?

Open rumifragrance on your mobile or desktop browser
Put the item title on “Search Bar”.
Click on the image of your desired item & Click on “Buy Now”.
Click on “View Cart” (change quantity if required) & click on “Checkout Button”.
Enter your personal details like (Name/Contact Number/Shipping Address with City/Email Address).
Confirm the order details and Click on “Place Order”.
Your Order number will appear on your screen.
-Congratulations! your order has been placed and you’ll get your receipt on Email.

How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

Step 1 – Go to your “Cart”.
Step 2 – You can remove the item from your cart by clicking “X” button

Does rumifragrance have a mobile app?

Not at the moment, but InshaAllah we will be launching our mobile app very soon.

How do I cancel my order ?

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please call +92-3233810638 and speak to a Customer Service rep.
If your order is already on its way to you or if you have already received your order, you will not be able to cancel the order but you may be able to return your product.

PAYMENT:

How do I pay on rumifragrance?

Rumifragrance offers you the possibility to pay through COD (Cash On Delivery), JAZZ Cash , Easypaisa or take away from store. With COD, you can pay in cash to the delivery agent at your doorstep upon receipt/ airway bill of your order.

Can I check my parcel before payment on doorstep?

If you have ordered from Karachi then our personal delivery boy will allow you to check the parcel before payment.
But unfortunately, if you have ordered from other cities, you can’t check before payment because to other cities we send parcels through courier service and they don’t allow to open parcel before payment, because of their safety policy. But you don’t need to worry, we provide return and replacement policy.

DELIVERY:

What is the expected delivery time?

Once we have called your registered mobile number and confirmed the order with you, we expect delivery to happen within 2 to 3 working days in Karachi & within 4 to 5 working days in Other cities.
Delivery timelines vary depending on your city and your selected product, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

What are delivery charges?

Rs 250 delivery charges for all over Pakistan. Over Rs 2500 delivery is free.

Do rumifragrance deliver orders outside Pakistan ?

Unfortunately, we are not offering international deliveries at this time.

Does rumifragrance deliver all over Pakistan?

Absolutely !! we deliver all over Pakistan through our logistics partners.

How do I get updates of my order delivery time?

If I found the package opened and the product seal broken on delivery. What should I do?

You should refuse to accept an open package. However, if you do receive any such package which is open, severely damaged or tampered, please get in touch with us immediately +92-3233810638.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT:

Do you have a Return Policy?

Yes, we do! If by some extremely rare chance the product you receive is not up to your standards.

Do you have a Replacement Policy?

Yes we do !! If you request for replacement, you don’t need to go anywhere, we will send our rider to you and he will replace that product. Replacement charges Rs 100/-

What is the reason for return?

Item is not the one ordered or is not as advertised
Item is defective, counterfeit or damaged at the time of delivery

What is the procedure for returning the product?

All you have to do is call:+92-3233810638. OR email: info@rumifragrance.com and let us know within 7 days of receiving the product.
Once we receive your claim, our representative will send our office address where you have to return, then we’ll wait for your product to arrive by a courier of your choice. And then your full amount will be refund to your Bank account or through Easypaisa.

What are the conditions for Replacement?

If in-case you don’t like our product and you want to change with some other thing.
If Item is defective, counterfeit or damaged at the time of delivery
If Item is not the one ordered or is not as advertised
